Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Every unit is inspected and test-flown before it is packed, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

Items ship in their original packaging where available, with everything from the original box included unless the listing says otherwise, and are packed with additional protection for transit.

Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, call or text us at +1 (575) 766-1740 with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

Batteries

Drone batteries are shipped in accordance with carrier lithium-battery rules. Where a carrier restricts battery shipments to a destination, we will contact you before dispatch.
