7-day returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Every unit we sell is open-box or better, inspected and test-flown before it ships, and every unit is covered by the same 7-day window for defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with everything that was included in the box, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, call or text us at +1 (575) 766-1740 with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and defects

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right under the 7-day warranty.

Exchanges

Most of our items are single units, so exchanges are not always possible. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with everything that was included, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at +1 (575) 766-1740.
